Cetyl Alcohol

Cetyl alcohol is a vegetable-derived fatty alcohol used to give creams and lotions their smooth, non-greasy texture. It has nothing in common with drying alcohols like ethanol.

Simmondsia Chinensis (Jojoba) Seed Oil

Jojoba is technically a liquid wax ester, not an oil, with a structure similar to human sebum. It is lightweight, stable, and used in serums and pre-shave oils.

Cocos Nucifera (Coconut) Oil

Coconut oil is high in lauric acid and fully saponified in cold-process soaps, where it contributes bar hardness and a rich, dense lather. Also used as an emollient in body formulations.

Butyrospermum Parkii (Shea) Butter

Shea butter is an ethically sourced fat from the African shea tree, rich in fatty acids that closely resemble the skin's own lipids. A foundational ingredient in our body butters and bar soaps.
